Powerful Questions

  1. What’s the one thing you've been trying to tell your partner that hasn’t landed yet?

If you could magically get them to understand something from you, what would the epiphany be? What would you ask god to implant in his/her brain while he/she was sleeping? 

  1. Magic pill thought experiment 

Ask the client to hold an imaginary pill in their fingertips; this pill will make their dream come true within 24 hours. As they bring the pill close to their lips, have them notice any hesitance, trepidation, incongruence in their body. Have them look for an inner anxiety or worry that may arise in response to the idea of their coming suddenly coming true. This is the secret payoff they’re getting from status quo.

  1. Miracle question: If you woke up tomorrow and the problems that you’re dealing with today were completely and magically gone – disappeared – How would you know? 

What would you see that was different? How would you act differently? How would other people act differently? How would you know that this miracle had occurred?

  1. What have you been practicing and as a result are noticing improvements with?

What's something you have been trying out/ practicing and noticing improvements as a result? “How do you feel seeing that you’re already shifting & succeeding, and knowing this will continue?”

  1. What exactly does the dream outcome look like, feel like? Where do you live, who are you with, who’s calling you on your phone?  

Imagine our future successful self exists now, curled up as if in a bud. We can  interview that future self to access information about how our success unfurls. When we imagine our dream future outcome, we must get very granular. No sweeping statements like: I’m rich, I’m in love…What does it really look like? Specific details required. If a client can’t see a detailed sensory clear dream future then it remains inchoate, nebulous and unmanifested
