  • What are your biggest dreams/desires around romance or relationships?
  • What are your main fears/frustrations?
  • What’s something in your own behavior that gets in the way of connection and intimacy?

  1. Clarify outcome/ desired state / dream specs

“What outcome would you most want to create?”

  1. Towards motivation, 5 whys

“What will having that do for you?”

  1. Evidence procedure

“How will you know when you get there?”

  1. Inquire about problem state

“What’s it like now around this issue?” 

  1. Explore hidden block

“What’s something you value in your life right now, that you think you might have to give up, if you actually got your desire?”
